Dr. Tyler Birk was raised in small town Oklahoma but moved to Abilene TX. He attended Wylie High School where he was a member of the Pure Gold Band competed in Destination Imagination. With a biology degree from Angelo State University and a doctorate from UT Health San Antonio, Dr. Birk has a strong foundation in scientific knowledge and a deep understanding of dentistry. Additionally, he completed an AEGD residency at UT Health San Antonio, where he gained extensive experience and advanced training in various dental procedures including implantology and oral sedation.

Dr. Birk believes in a compassionate and trust-based approach to dentistry. He understands that visiting the dentist can be intimidating for some individuals and strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. His warm and friendly demeanor, combined with his sedation dentistry and genuine care, helps patients feel at ease and confident in their dental care journey.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Birk leads a fulfilling life. He is happily married to his high school sweetheart Morgan and enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones. In his free time, you can find Dr. Birk trying new restaurants, reading, riding his bike, or exploring hiking trails.
